Default Splitting Large .mp3 files

Hello,

I have a large .mp3 file that I would like to split in to several
smaller sizes. Or keep the original one but be able to 'index' over to
certain time points.

I do have Sound Forge 7. Will this do it - if so how?

Thanks,

Michlew!

I bought this program years ago. Very good and effort free.
Shareware and only $20.

Think of getting an "old" verison of Steinberg Wavelab (something like
version 3.0, that will come really cheap). It is a very useful program and
will do what you need to. Just open the MP3, put the indexes and burn the CD
directly from the program.

It possibly won't recognise your CD burner though. Updated
definitions are freely downloadable from ftp.steinberg.net
