Default AES/SPDIF

Can anyone point me to a source for interface plugs/sockets?
Ideally small and self contained, at least for AES-SPDIF
And obviously somewhat larger for the level shifting of SPDIF-AES

Markertek Video Supply sells a bunch of such gadgets. I like the
transformer-coupled gadgets from Canare.

Note that the transformer gadgets JUST change level and impedance, they
do not alter the subcode.

Last time I looked, any of the store-bought ones had a BNC on the 75
ohm unbalanced side. Chances are the OP would also need a BNC-RCA
adapter or BNC-RCA cable.

Just one more thing to keep it from being simple.

We have BNC one side and bare wire the other.
