I mentioned southern rock because most "new country" music sounds like
digitially recorded southern rock with very conservative and formulaic
arrangements. "Safe" rock n roll.


That must be the Alternative thing I was hearing, sterilized for sure.

something like..
"My brother came to me saying, "I need your voice, I got this lead guitar

drummers!" I thought .. Oh man! This is going to be a train wreck or it's going
