Default Repair or toss Onkyo receiver?

Greetings from Oregon (we pronounce it Orygun).

My good-ol' Onkyo TX-822 has lost one of its two channels. I replaced
it, but now don't know if I should throw it in the garbage, or give it
to Goodwill, or have it repaired, or ??? Anybody want it? Please
advise.

Thanx much,

mikey

On many of these old Onkyo's the only problem is a bad speaker fuse inside.

If you were in Nashville, I'd say toss it--gently--on my doorstep.
Heck, I'd even come pick it up.

But you're not in Nashville....
