Audioquest Phono Cartridges
I'd appreciate any information on the AQ MC cartridge line (no longer
manufactured). I'm particularly interested in who made these cartridges (e.g., AudioQuest 7000Fe5, B-200 MH) for AQ and if there were equivalent cartridges under another name. |

Audioquest Phono Cartridges
I used to own the AQ 7000, great cartridge, very specially made for AQ in
Japan I believe by Scantek. Very expensive new, $2500-$2700 back in late eighties. Worth finding a used one and having it retipped by VdH who can make it even better. Low output at .3mV, I found the only phono pre that really worked with it was a Pass Ono with its high MC gain. "Ken" wrote in message . net...
