old that report is?

What's the statute of limitations? Aren't octogenarians still prosecuted
for WW II war crimes?

latitude they were given", and "beyond what was authorized" means?

And as far as I know mock executions, threatening family members and
hints of rape were never approved. As I said, your defense of these
alleged criminals says that this is the image of the US you want the
world to see.
