5751's have slightly different specs than 7025's.
The 6AT6 is like 1/2 of a 5751, with a mu of 70,
and the 6AV6 is like 1/2 a 7025, with a mu of 100.

5751's can sound way better than 12AX7/7025's in some circuits; they sound dull in others.

You didn't say what circuit you are considering.
