Default Very tiny bulb on Studer B67 VSO control panel

I'm trying to locate a source for a very tiny lamp from the indicator
panel on a Studer B67 VSO control.

It's marked A34 24V and measures 3/8" long.
Looks to be incandecent. Tiniest bulb i've ever seen.

I couldn't find it at Digikey, Mouser or Chicago Miniature lamp.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
