Default Help Identify the Caps

Can anyone identify what type of caps these are? Material? eg.. el
caps, polypropelyne, etc....


The pics of the are on the links below. They are WIMA caps with the
letters TFM taken from an AMS delay unit.

3.3 uF poly caps. hmm. maybe replace them with solens? What do you
think?
