hello, anyone know a source for 2sd880y transistors (also 2sb834y 's)

if not, anyone know a suitable replacement?

the capstan motor quit working tonight. the drive board is only
getting around 1 volt from the motor control board. i'm suspecting
the 2sd880y transistor on the control board until i can look into it
further.
