Default presets not being remembered

hi all, suddenly, after i turn off the car, the radio will forget all the
presets, and then when i start the car i have to re-enter all the presets,
again when turning off, i lose them all..

what would be the cause of this?

thanks

the constant 12v source (usually yellow wire) is not connected to an
unswitched source. If you have the factory harness accessible, with the key
out of the ignition use a volt meter to find 12v. One of them should be hot.
If not use the lighter or one clock anything like that.

Check the fuse for the radio memory.
