Default Multiple Echo Layla Troubles

I Have a Small recording studio With 2 x Layla24 units and a Layla20 Unit as
Audio intefaces (recorders)

I've just Changed My PC for more performance and I have been having problems
since.

I went from a win98 OS to a WinXP pro . I use Cubase VST32 and Cubase SX for
Multitracking .

Here are my Problems since:

-The Layla20 outputs are totally dead.
-My computer looses communication with all my Units and my PC freezes
-Every time I've Restarted my Computer from my Start menu ,It gives me A
Blue Screen After it saves my setting

If anyone has Any Idea Why It does so , please Contact me
And Please keep in mind that I'm not an Idiot , So no Obvious Answers

Here's What I did to Troubleshoot:
-Got the most recent driver
-Tried every card one by one
-Switched Pci slots
-unplugged all the secondary hardware and kept the system bare
-checked all the units and cards on my old system (win98)
-switched master and slaves with Word clock
-fiddled with audio buffers and format

Old machine:
P3 1Ghz
Asus Motherboard
512 Meg Ram
Win98
ATI All in wonder 8500DV

New Machine
P4 2.4 Ghz
Asus P4C800 Deluxe
1Gig Ram
2x WD 80gig
Baracuda 30 gig
Scsi Seagate 20 gig
Floppy
Generic CDrom 52x
Scsi Yamaha CRW 2100S
Scsi Amaha CRW 8424S
Domex SCSI card
2x Layla24
Layla20
Matrox G550 Dual
550w Antec true power
Lots of ventilation

I've seen a lot of weird stuff with my Layla20 and the latest drivers, as
well.

The main problem was that after about 30 minutes of 10 track recording, the
machine slowly locks up.

I decided to hold my nose and try to fit a Delta 1010 in next to it. Then I
started getting blue screens while booting. I think I've also seen the blue
screen during shutdown. Disabling the Layla20 driver allowed the system to
boot and run stably, as does removing the Delta 1010 interface card.

I'm guessing that there's some piece of hardware you're not removing during
your tests (perhaps because its part of the motherboard) that is affecting
your Laya20 in a fashion that is similar to what the adding Delta 1010 did
(usually IME well-behaved).

I'm about ready to forget about the Layla20 on the grounds that Echo has
lost interest in supplying a reliable XP driver for it. I think it can still
be used in limited contexts, but I find it's not up to modern standards for
PC interoperability and reliability. It ain't new or anything like it, so
what does it owe me?

Does only the Layla20 give you problems, or do the Layla24 units also
cause problems? Your new computer should work fine with the Layla24
units but you should probably sell the Layla20.

I use a Gina24 with Windows 2000 & it works great.

Check with Echo to see if there's a conflict with your motherboard and
the laylas. Hope you get it sussed out.

All 3 Laylas are presently giving me problems .The Pc Looses Communication
with all 3 and one at a time .

They only other problem I have with the Layla 20 is that the Outputs are
dead (hardware) but the inputs work like all the others
