I'd like to program my computer to go to a specific website and commence
recording it at a chosen time and stopping the recording at another time. I
would also like the recording to keep track of the time, so that I can play
the recording back starting at whatever time I wish.

For bonus points, I'd like to be able to divide the file into several
smaller files at points I specify.

These sites are streaming mp3 audio.
