Default Power outage London thru SE England

Another grid problem. Once again, nobody seems to know what's
happening. If it's terrorism, would they tell us?

There's some good old-fashioned paranoia.

So far, all the terrorism has involved war material -- guns, bombs,
and germs. What's your theory of how a terrorist sabotaged one or both
grids and didn't get noticed?

Also, the authorities over here have delivered an "explanation" of the
N.A. outage. They listed infrastructure problems, political
infighting, and "human error".

Let's hope the authorities in the U.K. do something more creative than
what Dubya did to improve the system's integrity.

And where, pray tell, would commercial jet airliners fit in your
pantheon of "all" things terrorist?

Some projects (also from years ago) that are in close proximity to were the
problem occured (wherever that was) could have had electrical engineers that
are of foreign nationality, assigned from local consulting firms, ... it
would be "very easy" for them to look at blueprints and or documents for
information. Not to say that "THAT" occurred,... just that is is possible.
There are many prints floating around.
