Default CB109 Autolocator for MTR 90

I recently acquired an Otari MTR90 with a CB-104 remote and a CB-109
Autolocator. The CB-109 connector does not match the 50 Pin "D"
connector for the Autolocator on the MTR90 and I have also noticed
that someone ran a three connector wire out of the MTR 90 by the
Autolocator Power connector, I suspect that there must have been some
sort of adapter built that connected to the CB-109 on one side and the
MTR90 autolocator connector and the "Power" connector on the other
side. I have been trying to find the pin outs for the CB109 and the
MTR 90 autolocator connectors so I can build another adapter cable,
but I have not had any luck. Does anyone have the information on the
Pin outs for the CB-109 and MTR 90 connectors?
