Default matching maggies

Hi,

I own an integrated amplifier and I am considering a pair of Magnepan MG 12
speakers. I just want to make sure that this will be a good match, in every
possible aspect of the question. Here are the specs:

Rotel RA-1070 integrated amplifier:
2 x 100 watts in 8 ohm
2 x 150 watts in 4 ohm
Accepts 2 pairs of speakers if they are 8 ohm, but only one pair if it is 4
ohm
http://www.rotel.com/products/specs/ra1070.htm

Magnepan MG 12:
Recommended power: 40-150 watts
4 Ohm
Sensitivity: 86dB/500Hz /2.83v
http://www.magnepan.com/1-800-474-1646/mg12.html

Any advice or comment appreciated.

Regards
