Default Cars lack CD players .. but is an USb going to help?

We could imagine an external USB-cd/dvd player would help us, but is not always so. the car radio doesn't play WAV files ...

But if the USB apparatus lets show his files as an audio stream, or ?mp3 files?.. ???

Thx,
Marc
