Default How can Scottie Witlessmongrel not be ashamed?

Not of himself (for once), but of his beloved republicans. I'm referring to
the odious bloviating by that sanctimonious gasbag Lindsey Graham during the
Sotomayor confirmation hearing. What a piece of crap he is. He had the gall
to complain that he didn't like her political views. Of course, the
posture-matic ****uplican kneejerk whackjob contingent couldn't actually
produce evidence of her political views from her rulings. All they had was
that silly remark she made about "a wise Latina".

What's most offensive about Graham's disgusting sluttishness is the subtext:
The notion that some "wisdom" might be superior, in some cases, to that of
the overlord white slavemaster class. That's what really bothers Graham and
his ilk. Sotomayor's implication that a cloistered, privileged, head-in-the-
clouds white jurist might be incapable of rendering a fair and just decision
was a thunderous blow against the foundations of Graham's world. How dare
that uppity product of a [gasp!] housing project imply that her "wisdom"
might be the equal of a red-blooded American atavist like, say, Scalia or
Thomas? (As an aside, the last time Uncle Clarence came under attack, one of
those loudmouthed pinheads on Fox "News" offered a perverse slant. He said
that Thomas's birth in humble circumstances was "proof" that not every poor
person is automatically a "bleeding-heart liberal". Yes, they're still using
that phrase on Fox "News".)

How simple is too simple for the likes of Lindsey Graham, Witless? I wonder
if the paragons of ignorance who populate your beloved republican party are
even capable of understanding the harm inflicted by populating the Supreme
Court with exponents of oppression. Racial oppression is out of style, but
there's still class oppression and, of course, sexual orientation
oppression. There's such poignant irony in the efforts of the whitey-white
republicans to keep pounding nails in the doorways to equality: As soon as
somebody like Thomas sneaks past the barriers, the oppressionists are the
first to take credit for his success.

I'm an idiot and proud of it.

Has anybody else noticed the strong correlation between stupidity and
'borgism?
