Another grid problem. Once again, nobody seems to know what's
happening. If it's terrorism, would they tell us?

There's some good old-fashioned paranoia.

So far, all the terrorism has involved war material -- guns, bombs,
and germs. What's your theory of how a terrorist sabotaged one or both
grids and didn't get noticed?

Also, the authorities over here have delivered an "explanation" of the
N.A. outage. They listed infrastructure problems, political
infighting, and "human error".

Let's hope the authorities in the U.K. do something more creative than
what Dubya did to improve the system's integrity.

Even if it isn't true, it's a great ****ing story, isn't it?
