I made a similar post a while back but was asking Win98 systems.
Now my question is a little broader.

Can someone please tell me what software programs are available for
the PC that will automatically create new tracks with each pass of a
cycle record? That is, loop a section of a track, and as the loop
starts each time, a new track is automatically created and recording
starts.

I understand Sonar does this from at least version 1.3.1 on.
