Default Colorado home studio for sale

With nine acres you could parcel out some land as long as it percs. That
might help if your dollars are hemoraging. Maybe start throwing small
festivals or something. When I was considering buying my parents farm of 28
acres, I had the whole thing planned out. Of course, the town's name has
some history. It's called Woodstock. Woodstock, VA, however! g

Maybe they'll drive up for you, but a newbie in the same location

doesn't
garner the same respect nor have the same attraction.

You overestimate my non-newbieness and respectability, but thanks.
The main draw is that I offer free recording to people I like in
return for the experience I gain and the fun I have doing it. I
wouldn't recommend my place as a business proposition, just a fine
place for a home hobbyist, or a retreat for someone who makes their
bucks elsewhere, as I do.

Your yard does remind
me of the Ace Hardware store ad with a guy mowing rocks. At least you

don't
have to worry about forest fires. Have you ever considered getting a new

real
estate agent?

Yes, but I've decided my agent is fine - it's the market that sucks.
Most people move here to retire, and the stock market crash has hurt
their savings. Add to that the preference for places up in trees by
people who don't realize that means more snow and less sunshine in the
winter, and extreme fire danger in the summer. And add to that the
fact that most people don't need, or care to pay, for studio space,
but I sunk good money into building it.

My agent's advice is set a fair price and wait it out, and eventually
the right buyer will arrive. I figured it couldn't hurt to put out
the word on RAP as well.
