Do you run an older OS? Alesis has a bulletin about updating the OS as

Fireports aren't recognized by an older one.

Ahhh David!! You may be onto something here...this particular one (we
have 2) is running V1.15 - that article states that the drives made with
the latest versions only work with the Fireport...however, the link for the
OS download is dead. Does anyone have the last OS that was made for the
HD24 on hand?

Found it here, but beware that the line is wrapping so you need to copy all
