Yes, you can power those subs with that amplifier. The subs each have
two 1-ohm voice coils, so you can configure each sub as a 1/2-ohm
load by connecting the voice coils in parallel with each other.
Then, take the two subs and wire them in series with one another for
an overall load of 1 ohm. Your amp will provide 2300W into this
1-ohm load.

No no, he should wire each sub's two VCs in series for a two ohm load
and the run the two subs in parallel for a 1 ohm final load. Its more
efficient that way.

He should Divide the total amps by the width of the main voice coil
conductor output module, providing it is on the second Tuesday of the
month;(cant tell you how many peeps get this wrong) then configure a 1
ohm upturn when the rms is in high apogee. Now here is where it gets
tricky. Should the resonate output measure a 30hz drop-off beyond nominal
range, (I'm taking about magnet polarity) then he should attenuate the
modular fixed length series ammeter(located on the bottom left, just 90
degrees to the wing nut assembly)two degrees past normal, while at the
same time forcing the LPF into a surge pragmatic solution situation. This
should in theory stabilize the variable audio signal stream, and provide
for nominal signal loss in the event of voice-coil meltdown. Not sure why
you guys go out of your way to make it sound difficult. Hope this helps
